I have used W.E. Clarke twice now for repairs and maintenance to my 24 year old Seamaster. The service from start to finish has been very professional. I feel completely at ease sending off my watch by post, the service they offer is fully insured , all packaging is sent from them. My watch was returned working and they even repaired the original Omega bracelet ( i didnt ask them to ) . feel confident using their services. Good old fashioned service. Thank you.

I popped into Robert Gatward in Abingdon to ask if they were able to repair my gold locket. At best, I anticipated being told that they could send it away for repair but the lovely jeweller offered to have a look at it whilst I was in store. A few minutes later he handed me back my perfectly fixed locket!Absolutely lovely staff who treated me with kindness (especially when I got a bit emotional at finally having such a sentimental item of jewellery as good as new again!)This will be my first stop the next time I am shopping for any jewellery and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
