Wholesaler household appliances

Sent me a broken Hearth and refused to exchange. Avoid this company. I sent pictures of it still in the original packaging but still they refuse to exchange.

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I called them almost two weeks ago to report an error code on our washing machine. The guys came to check the machine without actually knowing what the problem is. Then they said they would book an appointment on Saturday to get it checked by an engineer from Hoover. I confirmed the booking on Thursday and they told me to call on Saturday morning so they can come and take the machine. When I called them the guy named Wakil said the engineer is not coming this Saturday he will come next Saturday. When I asked him why could he not inform me this before he said I will message you now! This is very frustrating and unfortunate to receive unprofessional service from a local business.

Beyond Excellent ... Every aspect excellent but the personal service was above and beyond excellent. If you are looking for a tv or appliance then go here you will save a fortune and get a better product than elsewhere. Found them through eBay and went in for a 50 Samsung tv but after listening to sensible knowledgeable advice not sales talk came out with a 65" LG tv and a fridge saving a few hundred pounds . And meet a very lovely gentleman . Not very manly a lovely description but only way to describe the owner . Go trust and buy you will do yourself a huge favour."
