I started training with Karen nearly two years ago, at a time when I had lots motivation for exercise and was struggling with self confidence. Fast forward to now, and things are so different!Karen took the time to understand where I was at and what my goals were. Her focus was on creating a lifelong change that I could sustain and enjoy, which we have absolutely achieved. We train together once a week (a regular slot with flexibility when I need it) and the sessions are always challenging and enjoyable.I now walk 10,000+ steps every day and complete at least 60 minutes of exercise. As well as training with Karen in person I do home workouts that she designs to suit my needs. The results have shown - I’m much healthier and my mental health has really improved. I’ve lost fat, toned muscle, and I’m proud of the way I look.If you’re looking for a personal trainer or just some motivation in life and fitness - I would highly recommend Karen!

Lauren is fabulous! Her classes are a breath of fresh air. Really clear instruction with various levels/options to include all. Each lesson flows and feels well planned, structured and paced. Lauren explains the benefits of each exercise, and walks round to guide and correct as necessary. She really understands the human body. Guided (yoga-esque) relaxation at end.

AFFUL HEALTH AND FITNESS
I’ve been having one on one PT sessions with Yaba for 2 months and the results are incredible. She is so supportive and encouraging at every stage. She really listens to what my goals are and tailors every workout to take into account my personal abilities. The sessions are flexible and always have the right amount of challenge to keep me moving in the right direction.When I’m working with Yaba she shows me that I can achieve things I never thought possible. I feel like I can do anything if I put the hard work in and believe I can.

Jo is great at preparing workouts which stretch you physically. She constantly mixes things up so your body has to work hard but it’s all achievable and you can work to your level.The group are all so friendly. After ten years at a local gym I had only spoken to two people! During my first session with B-Fitness I met and chatted to at least four members! Can’t recommend Jo highly enough - the change in my mental and physical strength has been dramatic and I look forward to every session

I cannot recommend fitness fundamentals enough, classes are varied and professional. Carmel is in really knowledgable and ensures all exercises, are correctly positioned and tailors for those that need.All classes are engaging, enjoyable, but tough. I have been attending classes for a couple of years now and seen such an improvement in my fitness and ability.

He created thorough training sessions for me, targeting muscle groups he identified as needing strengthening through a comprehensive initial consultation.He was always able to diagnose any problems or pains I had and adapted the sessions to my changing needs. I always enjoyed my sessions with Julian, he made it fun but also knew how to bring out the best in my performance.He is an excellent, thoughtful personal trainer

I started doing personal training sessions with Alex on a weekly basis, and 4 years later I am attending group sessions facilitated by Alex on a weekly basis!Alex’s knowledge and support has helped my knee pain more than any medication ever has.Alex has built a close community at Unite Fitness. I am always motivated and supported by those around me in the gym. I couldn’t recommend Alex enough!
