Great place to work for and to also get help when needed. At some stage in every women life she will be vulnerable even if its to protect her self and her family. No shame get help supporting each other - and its not always against the men either

I moved here a year ago and it has been the best decision I made, my only regret is that I didn’t move sooner! There is a fantastic team of instructors, everyone is extremely welcoming and the standards are excellent. Highly recommend.

Zenshin Karate & Martial Arts - Colton Hills
I have to say this is an amazing club! Wish i could give it more than 5 stars! Began my Karate journey with them over 20 years ago eventually gaining my black belt through sheer grit, determination, encouragement and A* class teachings from the Sensei's that made up the club! I dont train as much as i used to, due to geographical locations, however whenever there is a special class or seminar that i can make...im there! Welcomed with open arms! As thats whats Zenshin is...a family! From Ogs to newbeis! Ive trained in dojos as far away as London and those other clubs dont have a patch on this one! Learning a martial art is an important life skill that everyone should have...ZENSHIN do this perfectly...there is something for everyone, tailor made classes for your little ninjas right up to the older end of the spectrum! Everyone has a great time learning with Zenshin! Cannot praise the hardwork and dedication of all the sensei’s that teach here! A* club!!

I phoned and emailed the centre on the 13/12/21 to offer new toiletries & make up to a woman's refuge. I was informed that they could not help or point me in the direction of where I could take the donation to. Very disappointed in the unhelpful response.

My son started in January and is loving it! His confidence has come on leaps and bounds. The instructors are all brilliant and so patient! He is keen to eventually work towards his black belt in the future!

I took a call with the service on September, and felt blamed for my situation as I was told I need more confidence and positivity classes to improve my situation when I am actually traumatised. I was hoping for emotional support and guidance at the very least. The service is quick to contact but if your situation is not seen as a crisis or emergency, the advice can be a bit disheartening.I also felt rushed when discussing my trauma. Truth is, even if the worst trauma happened in the past; it can have extremely damaging effects on someone for their entire life.
