Truly unpleasant experience. After waiting for 5 weeks to get anywhere with a quote I will now be behind on my build.I was asked to send over images of the windows, I did. I then heard nothing for weeks despite constantly chasing. Finally I heard from Richard who then stated he only quotes once he receives measurements… why wasn’t I told this 5 weeks ago, I would have sent over measurements.I had a call with Richard. Instead of apologising for the constant delays it was a very unpleasant call, he constantly attacked and shouted down the phone at me, I ended up in tears and hung up the call.The customer service is truly the worst you can experience. He has a terrible attitude.

I bought 2 jack-o-lanterns from CJ Joinery and designs. I was very pleased with them. I think they're good value for money. Good communication and quick postage . Highly recommended

Great service and amazing finished product. Such a niche industry and we struggled to find someone to repair our 120 year old bannister. So glad we landed on these guys! Always on the end of the phone/email, and kept us updated on progress as they completed the various elements of the work. Highly recommended

My job was cutting down to the base 4 large Leylandii trees very adjacent and over hanging my large glass greenhouse. Chad was up the trees all day. I don't know how he did it, but not one pane of glass was broken. All waste removed and tidied up after the job. Great guy, great price. Very satisfied.

Peter is an incredibly talented framer, he has framed many of my book sculptural work over the years and his level of detail and precision in constructing the frames is unbelievable! He is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend his framing services to anyone looking for bespoke and unique frames!

Called Jack last week about a small leak. He called before he turned up and resealed a troublesome hood on a tile over the bathroom. All done in a few minutes and good for the price!

I recently contacted RG Woodwork to ask if they could make me two benches in bespoke sizes not available on the website. They could not have been more helpful. Benches were made exactly to the measurements I requested, the quality is fantastic and the shipping was fast. All around great supplier.
