I echo claims of abuse by staff towards residents in Extern hostels. Laws broken, code of conduct ignored, vulnerable human beings treated appallingly by those charged with safeguarding. Corrupt practice commonplace, complaints lead to victimisation. Management free to lie, bully & abuse positions of power. There's a handful of good staff and fistfuls of pretty rotten, unapologetic and in some cases, wretched staff (management down). One amazing lady amongst support staff, one solid geezer & two magnificent cleaning staff. Some alright staff and a batch of rotten eggs toxicity rife.Extern ignore abuse or worse claim staff lies as fact.Extern is not fit for purpose, if it wasn't for the good staff who are a minority this would be one hellish organisation.Arrogant, unrepentant, vile & fundamentally dishonest bullies should not be working with vulnerable human beings. Not that these types see us lesser folk as human. Welcome to homeless, hostel life. Unless you've experienced it, don't assume you know anything about the unnecessary horrors perpetuated by staff. Be thankful it's us and not you.God bless the vulnerable victims, may God keep you all safe. You are not alone. Be good to one another. Love, a fellow survivor.

We started using Aum care nearly 6 months now for my mum. My mum is very happy with GUJRATI speaking carer . Does bhajans . Watches movies and plays games with her . Would recommend them . Thank you Aum Care Group

They use children for money .. they dont care how they feel.. gone off food in fridge .. staff swear in front of young people.. there facilities are unclean.. i do not recommend sending any young people here

Good for the kids too learn more things and have fun.

A great company to work for if you are wanting to support young people and develop your own skills and knowledge at the same time.Since joining Forevercare 7 months ago I have always found all members of management easy to approach with any queries, or support required. Which is a breath of fresh air, considering in other companies I have experienced in the past, that is not always the case. The administrative staff and other support workers are always available to give advice too if it is needed.The ongoing training you receive gives you the confidence you need to be able to support the young people that require role models to guide them in the right direction.If you want to make a difference and you are a people person who enjoys motivating and inspiring others, I would recommend Forevercare.A company where your hard work is recognised and appreciated!
